Article 3. Terms of Service and Changes
- We will not provide or share personal information with third parties without your consent, and we will obtain consent separately if we need to share it with third parties for better service provision. If you do not agree, we will not share it with third parties.
- You can check and modify your personal information at any time, and if you wish, you can delete it.
- We will obtain your consent if we need to retain personal information after the purpose of collection or provision has been achieved.
- If you are a member, it will be when you withdraw from membership or are removed from membership.
- If it is for payment of medical fees, it will be when the payment is completed or the period of debt cancellation expires.
- It will be when medical or service delivery is completed or provided.

Article 4. Service Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Limitation of Use

- When you request withdrawal, if you provide your name, ID, phone number, and reason for withdrawal, we will withdraw your membership record and confirm your identity.
- If you cannot log in with your existing ID and password, it is considered withdrawn.
Service Re-registration
If you wish to re-register for the service, you can directly request re-registration through email.
Service Limitation of Use
The company may terminate or temporarily suspend service use without prior notice if you engage in any of the following behaviors.
- If you plan or execute service use for criminal acts
- If you cause inconvenience to others
- If you register with multiple IDs
- If you hinder healthy use
- If you violate other relevant laws or conditions set by the company

- Your personal information is protected by ID and password, and can only be modified/deleted by the system administrator and yourself, and is protected by separate security features when transmitted or stored.

- We are using security devices to securely transmit personal information over the network, and to prevent leakage from external intrusion.
Article 6. Member's Obligations
- Members must comply with the provisions of this agreement and other provisions set by Muse Clinic, and with the provisions and notices of the company, and must not engage in any behavior that may interfere with the company's business or damage the company's reputation.
- Except for cases where the company is responsible under relevant laws and personal information protection policy, the company is responsible for the results arising from management negligence or improper use.
- Members must write all information truthfully when registering for services or when changing member information, and must not register false or third-party information.
- Members must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the company or third parties.
- Members must not engage in any of the following behaviors, and if they do, the company may limit service use and take legal action.

Hospital retains collected customer personal information for 5 years from the patient register and for 10 years from the medical record register, and deletes it after the end of the corresponding debt·liability relationship.
If the information provider requests deletion of personal information, it will be deleted immediately
However, if there is a need to retain personal information due to the provisions of the Act or other laws, personal information may be retained.
