    After Care Instructions for Nano Ankle Injection
    1. Please avoid taking a shower for 2-3 hours on your needle mark area.
    2. After the treatment, you may experience dizziness, shaking or palpitation. If you experience these effects lasts for longer hours, please contact the clinic.
    3. Avoid drinking, going to a sauna, and doing extreme exercising for a week as it may cause infection.
    4. Bruises, pain and ankle swelling may last for 1-2 weeks.
    5. Atypical bleeding may occur on the treatment area. It will recover after certain period of time. For your next treatment, consulting with the doctor is recommended.
    6. Muscle pain may last for 1-2 weeks after the treatment. On the severe occasion, warm massage is recommended.
