What is Thermage FLX?

Premium Thermage FLX Laser is a lifting laser that uses high frequency to generate collagen in the dermal layer and improves the elasticity of fine lines and pores through collagen regeneration non-invasively. It is an upgraded 4th generation laser compared to the existing Thermage CPT. It has a larger tip size than before, shortens the treatment time, reduces pain, and above all, has been upgraded to enable more precise treatment.

What is the treatment area?

It is possible to treat the entire face including the forehead, as well as, the neck and it is possible to treat the eye area, under eyes and the eyelids with dedicated tip.

How is the pain of Thermage FLX procedure?

Unlike other lifting procedures, Thermage FLX procedure does not require an anesthetic. Even those who are concerned about the pain can receive the treatment.

What is the effective period, maintenance period and recommended frequency??

The effect of Thermage FLX can be felt immediately after the procedure, but the overall effect will appear gradually over 2 to 4 months as collagen is generated. In order to maximize the effect of Thermage FLX, you should remove all the metal products along with the electronic watch. If you wear any metal product, the is a risk of burns because energy is transmitted to the metal products, not the handpiece. It is nt possible to perform the procedure on the patients with a defibrillator, cochlear implant, contour surgery, or bone with a fixed pin inserted after surgery.

In addition, lenses cannot be worn during the Eye Thermage 450 shots procedure, and we provide assistance that protects the eyes.

Is it possible to return to normal life after the treatment?

There is no bruising after the procedure, but there may be temporary redness and swelling.

What is the recommended number of shots?

When proceeding to the chin line, excluding the forehead, we recommend 300 shots, and on average, when proceeding to the entire face including forehead and neck, we recommend 600 shots. When performing eyes and under eyes, the exclusive tip for eyes is used, and recommended number of shots for eyes is 225 shots. If you need to proceed the eye area, under eyes and also the eyelids, we recommend 450 shots.

It is possible to distribute the number of shots according to the shape of your face and the degree of elasticity of your skin, or to provide a more intensive treatment to the desired area.

Are FLX 300 shots and CPT 900 shots similar?

If you have previously performed Thermage CPT 900 shots, we recommend FLX 600 shots for the entire face. It is difficult to say that the number of shots duing Thermage CPT 900 shots and FLX 300 shots is similar., but compared to the existing CPT, FLX procedure has a larger tip size, which shortens the time and reduces pain, and has the great advantage of being able to perform more sophisticated procedure.

What is the difference between Oligio and Thermage FLX??

Oligio laser is manufactured in Korea, Thermage FLX is imported from the USA. The Thermage FLX is a 4th gerneration lifting laser, and Oligio can be described as a 3.5th gerneration. Although the equipment is almost the same, Thermage FLX has the advantage of being safer, more sophisticated and more dedicate because the resistance value is measured for each shot and the energy value can be checked immediately during the procedure. In addition, Thermage FLX can be performed from 300 shots. Oligio can be performed from 600 shots in our case.
